Secure online payments are made using PayPal technology. We chose PayPal because it is an industry accepted and secure method of accepting payments online.

Payment must be made in full prior to pick-up or delivery of the online order.

Gift Certificates
At the moment gift certificates are only available at our store location
only. We are not able to accept gift certificates for online purchases.
Retail Store Prices versus the Online E-Store Prices
The prices in the Royal Diaperer Retail Store and the prices on The Royal Diaperer Online E-Store website (www.royaldiaperer.com) may occasionally vary due to exclusive in-store or exclusive online promotions.
The retail store and the online e-store are considered separate entities. If you are in the retail store and find an item on sale it is possible that the price may be different on the website. If you are shopping online and find an item on sale, the retail store may not be offering the same sale.
The Royal Diaperer Retail Store and The Royal Diaperer Online E-Store have separate warehouses and stock, the prices in one location will not be guaranteed in the other location. For example, if a specific toy is on sale on the website the retail store is not bound by that price and vise versa. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about price differences between the retail store and the online e-store.
All prices are subject to change without notice at either location. Prices posted do not include HST/GST or shipping.

Most items that are currently not in stock may be special ordered . Please
allow additional time for these deliveries. You will be notified with delivery

The Royal Diaperer Online local deliveries cost a flat rate of $10.00. The areas that qualify for this deliver rate are:

The Royal Diaperer Online makes local deliveries on Monday's and Wednesdays (The Royal Diaperer Online - Internet Sales Staff will call you to arrange a day and time).
Please Note: Furniture is excluded from local deliveries and alternate deliveries and cost apply).
Free Local Customer Pick-up
PLEASE NOTE: FREE CUSTOMER PICK-UP IS AT OUR SACKVILLE LOCATION. Once your order is received, The Royal Diaperer Online - Internet Sales Staff will call you to arrange pick-up.
All orders outside of our local area are sent by Canada Post and are insured.
Our shipping policy is that all in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days! You will be notified of any delay. All Canada Post orders are subject to availability, however, generally our stock is complete.
Within Canada shipping rates include insurance.

Return Policy
10 days to return unopened or unused products for a full refund , 30 days for In-Store/Internet credit.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #). E-mail or call The Royal Diaperer Online to obtain an RA #.
Products may be return to store location for a In-Store Credit or Exchange (only within 30 days of product shipping date). Must provide Internet Sales Receipt
and products must be in original condition.

- Breast Pumps & Breastfeeding Supplies (nursing pillows, breast shields etc.)
- Potty Training Accessories (potty's, training pants etc.)
- Cloth Diapers & Diaper Pants etc.
- Bathing Supplies (tubs, bath slings etc.)
- Mother & Baby Cosmetics (creams, shampoos etc.)
- Baby Carriers (slings, front & back carriers)
All shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers have 48 hrs to notify us by e-mail or phone with any defects found in products. Products must be returned and customer will receive credit for shipping once defect is confirmed!
All products are inspected prior to shipping!
Layaways
Layaways are available only through our store location. We require a deposit
of 25% of the products total value with taxes. The deposit is non-refundable.
If layaway is cancelled the deposit becomes an In-Store Credit note. Special
order items that we do not regularly stock may be subject to a restocking fee.
In-Store Credits and Credit Notes
Credit notes issued from online returns may be used at store location or applied
to online purchases. Please e-mail or call for that option.
